Our recruitment professionals will contact you on all new-start confirmations to verify our temps have arrived on time as expected. We will conduct on-site check-in's for high volume clients to assist supervisors with getting all employees oriented and on the job and working. Tempstar Staffing implements a stringent attendance policy that we review with new employees as a separate signed agreement during our interview process. In the event an employee cannot report to work we require them to call our office directly. Our Recruiters will then immediately report to our clients, confirm a return date for that specific employee, and review possible replacement needs. 

We have the ability to provide customized reports detailed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, by department, attendance, overtime and various others upon request.

A recruiting professional will arrive on the job site with a gift certificate, a Tempstar t-shirt and will take a picture of the employee (with his or her supervisor) to post in our monthly newsletter.

We have the knowledge and ability to conduct safety awareness meetings, acting as a true partner in advising our clients on safety awareness and effectiveness.  Our recruiters can perform on-site orientations to acclimate all new employees with client safety procedures and clear direction for the job specifics required.
