In June of 2003, Kaplan Professional Schools acquired Kaplan,
expanding its real estate offerings, and bringing home inspection
training and additional states of Colorado and Nevada. Additionally,
Kaplan home inspection curriculum is replacing existing home
inspection training programs at Leonard Hawes in Texas, and
PROSOURCE in Minnesota. Looking forward, we anticipate additional
growth in the real estate, appraisal and home inspection training
markets. The core personnel, including Kevin O'Malley, founder
of Kaplan, have remained with the company through the Kaplan
acquisition and embrace the additional opportunities it provides.
