Short Term Staffing Positions. These provide coverage for vacations, medical leave, maternity leave, project work etc.
Long Term Staffing Positions. These include contract work or various assignments needed until completion.
Temporary to Permanent Employment Positions. The majority of our positions fall here.  Our recruitment professionals work closely with your company to provide pre-qualified candidates for permanent positions, allowing you to see how the candidate works out before committing to a permanent hire.
Direct Placement. TempStar Staffing is capable of providing “head hunting” services to fill your higher level and difficult-to-fill positions on a direct hire status.
Payroll Transfer Program. This employment program permits our customers to refer new hires onto our payroll for any length of probationary time required. This is an employee testing arrangement, which allows our customers to see how temps are working out before making a long-term commitment.
On-Site Management. We offer this service to customers with a need for many temporary employees. We can provide daily assistance in recruitment and hiring, management, and administration directly on your premises.  We can tailor this program to specifically meet your companies staffing protocols.
Outplacement Services Program. TempStar Staffing recognizes that companies have downward cycles that require layoffs, and we want to be with our customer through good times and bad.  We offer outplacement services, which include seminars, resume writing services, counseling, and other employment opportunities through TempStar Staffing.
Safety Program.TempStar Staffing is committed to providing and implementing workplace safety. Our “State Certified Safety Committee” reviews regulation compliance and procedures on a regular basis to reduce worker compensation claims, insurance costs and risk. We can work directly with your company to conduct safety orientations, on-site safety tours, and job-specific safety training, and to ensure your employees use personal protective equipment. In addition, we can work with your company representatives to quantifiably lower your own Worker’s Compensation Insurance Costs.
