Heather started with Tempstar Staffing in 2010 as a Staffing Specialist for the York office. After spending a little over a year in that role, she transitioned into the back office as a Payroll Specialist. Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, she brings dedication and reliability to every aspect of her work. In her spare time, Heather enjoys reading, working out, running, and hiking. She also loves traveling and exploring new places with her husband and their 2 golden retrievers.

Cory started with Tempstar Staffing in 2010 as a Staffing Specialist for the York Office. In Cory’s first 2 years with the company, he shined bright as he demonstrated leadership strengths and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an ever changing, fast-paced environment. In 2012 Cory was promoted to Manager of the Lancaster Branch, and in 2018, he was promoted to Regional Manager. Cory continually strives to find the best possible candidate for every position and situation. When working with Cory as a client or a temporary employee, you can see and feel that he genuinely cares as he goes above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. What really makes Cory tick? Getting a chance to make a significant impact in the local community/economy; building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients; helping others find gainful employment; and having the privilege to work side-by-side a devoted and hardworking staff. Cory enjoys playing golf, fishing, and sitting in a tree stand pursuing an elusive mature buck.

Tiffany has been part of the Tempstar family since 2010. She started at the front desk, worked her way into recruiting, and now proudly serves as the Office Manager of our York location. With a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Millersville University, Tiffany brings a warm, organized, and people-first approach to everything she does. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family—especially her husband Chris and almost two-year-old son, Landon, who brings a constant smile to her face. She’s also a big fan of cooking, wine, Philly Sports and sneaking away to the beach whenever she gets the chance.
