Candace is a Staffing Specialist for the Hanover office, where she has been helping connect job seekers with the right opportunities since 2018. A graduate from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Candace brings strong organizational skills, reliability, and a keen attention to detail to her role. She thrives on building relationships — both with candidates seeking meaningful employment and with clients working to meet their staffing needs. Known for her upbeat personality and strong customer service skills, Candace is passionate about making a positive impact through her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, cooking, relaxing on the boat, fishing, and spending quality time with her fiancé and their two cats, Nala and Nattie.

A graduate from Adelphi University, Evan started his career in NYC in the theatre industry, where he remained until 2019. Wanting to return to his roots, he came back to PA and found work at Tempstar Staffing as an Industrial Recruiter. Over time, Evan moved to OFFICEforce as a recruiter and was later promoted to Office Manager. In his off-time, Evan loves travelling to new places with his wife, hiking, and enjoying new experiences (concerts, museums, adventures, you name it!). When on the job, he greatly enjoys collaborating with the entire Tempstar Team and loves bringing excellent candidates and companies together.
