Christine has been working for Tempstar Staffing for the last twenty years after serving for fourteen years in a supervisory role at a manufacturing company. Christine’s long career with Tempstar began with an interview for a supervisory position for a different company affiliated with Tempstar. She made a distinct impression and was called back for a second interview within a few hours, and she was hired at Tempstar shortly after. She has worked as Tempstar Hanover’s Branch Manager and became Tempstar Staffing’s Risk Manager in early 2018.
Christine enjoys her work at Tempstar and in the staffing industry. She values meeting new people and helping others achieve their career goals, as well as assisting companies with their staffing needs and placing the right people in those positions.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her grandson.
Sarena has devoted fourteen successful years to helping clients and candidates at the Reading, PA branch find better employees and better positions. She began her employment as a Staffing Specialist and was promoted in 2010 to the Reading Branch Manager. Sarena is a graduate of Lycoming College and has been working in customer service since she was 14 years old. She appreciates the fast-paced nature of the staffing industry and is extremely committed to the staff and clientele.
Sarena is happily married and enjoys going to the beach, especially Stone Harbor, NJ. Her other hobbies include rescuing dogs, reading and exercising.
Marcie has given 18 years of devoted service to candidates and clients in York, PA and has been in the staffing industry for 23 years. Prior to becoming Regional Manager, she was Branch Manager of the York office, Assistant Manager, and Staffing Specialist.
In her other lives, she was a receptionist, waitress and volleyball coach.
Her long tenure at TSS has allowed her to be more connected within the community. More than just knowing who is hiring, firing, opening and closing, she has learned about the types of people who live here, the struggles they have in their lives, the organizations that support these people and so much more.
Marcie is married, and mother to three children. She has three grandchildren. When not busy with her family, she enjoys being around the water (fishing, water skiing, kayaking, you name it). She also loves reading, landscaping, golf and just about anything outdoors.
In his twelve years with Tempstar, Greg has been a Staffing Specialist, Office Manager, Corporate Development Manager, Regional Manager, and is now Division Manager of Tempstar’s clerical branch, OFFICEforce. Prior to that he maintained variety in his career by serving in the US Air Force, and working as an Alaskan crab fisherman and insurance agent.
Greg loves working in staffing because of the daily variety that his job and this industry provides as well as the multitude of skills it requires to be successful. He knows that a career in the staffing industry is challenging and requires constant learning and growth to really succeed. For him, while the goal is the same, every day is different in some way, which keeps things interesting and unpredictable for him.
Greg is married with one daughter and enjoys spending time with them, going to Orioles games, golf, cars, poker, using his hands to build just about anything, and remodeling his home.
Cory started with Tempstar Staffing seven years ago as a Staffing Specialist for the York Office. In Cory’s first 2 years with the company, he shined bright as he demonstrated leadership strengths and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an ever changing, fast-paced environment. In 2012 Cory was promoted to Manager of the Lancaster Branch, and in 2018, he was promoted to Regional Manager of Tempstar’s Lancaster and Reading branches.
Cory continually strives to find the best possible candidate for every position and situation. When working with Cory as a client or a temporary employee, you can see and feel that he genuinely cares as he goes above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. What really makes Cory tick? Getting a chance to make a significant impact in the local community/economy; building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients; helping others find gainful employment; and having the privilege to work side-by-side a devoted and hardworking staff.
Cory enjoys playing golf, fishing, throwing ball with his chocolate lab named Hunter, and sitting in a tree stand pursuing an elusive mature buck.
Rich has worn many hats in his 16 years with Tempstar: Payroll Clerk, Staffing Specialist, Office Manager, and now, CFO.
Rich served in the US Navy and was an accountant for the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System.

Rich is married, no children and likes to play poker, camping, guns and target shooting and geocaching – sometimes all at the same time! – when he’s not keeping Tempstar’s books balanced.
Starting with Tempstar 20 years ago, Mike served as an Office Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President before becoming the company’s owner and CEO.
He finds great satisfaction in pairing up south central Pennsylvania’s job seekers with employers with great jobs.
Mike is happily married with four children (three boys and one girl) and loves golf, Philadelphia sports teams and cars.
