Referral Bonus Program

At Tempstar, we are always on the lookout for high-quality candidates. When you refer a new employee to Tempstar, and that person works a minimum of 80 hours on an assignment, you can earn a $40 referral bonus if you are currently employed through Tempstar. Referrals can be made in person, over the phone, or through our online form!

Don’t see a specific job for your friend, but are sure that Tempstar can help them out? Don’t worry — you can still refer them — and we’ll take care of the rest!

You can also call one of our offices and give your friend’s information to a Tempstar staff member. Your friend can also let us know they were referred by you when they are in our office.

Do you have a referral who you think would be great with our company, but don’t see a position right for them? We always have new job opportunities, so even if we do not have a current listing that matches their criteria, we may be able to find a position at a later time.

Terms and Conditions for our Referral Bonus Program.

Referral bonus amounts may differ based on individual job postings.

  1. If a referred candidate is sent to Tempstar who is not matched to a specific job posting, either our standard $40 minimum referral bonus will apply or the referral bonus of the job in which we place the candidate will apply.
  2. Your referral must put your name on the appropriate section of our application in order to receive the $40 bonus.
  3. Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, Tempstar will honor the first referring party only.
  4. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to Tempstar. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates a person can refer.
  5. Temporary referrals must work a minimum of 80 hours to qualify for the referral bonus based on individual postings. We reserve the right to increase this requirement for certain positions.
  6. For direct hire placements, “Refer a Friend” Referral Bonuses will be paid after the guarantee period of the direct hire placement has been fulfilled. This guarantee period can range from 0 to 90 days.
  7. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like.
