Those of us here at Tempstar Staffing, and our sister division OFFICEforce, are proud to announce that we have been added to Forbes’ and Statista’s America’s Best Temporary Staffing Firms of 2024. Tempstar Staffing was added to the list last year in 2023, and we’re pleased to have been considered for this list for the second year in a row. As a locally owned and operated staffing agency, we feel that appearing on this list alongside 175 other agencies, including large national agencies, is an incredible achievement.

We here at Tempstar are honored to be recognized in this awards list. Our mission as one of the leading temporary staffing agency in the south-central Pennsylvania area is to provide our employees and clients with excellent customer service, insider knowledge about the industries in our region, and delivering more than expected. Making it onto Forbes’ list and ranking at #43 (up from #80 over last year) as a local agency, proves that we are able to consistently follow through on that mission.

Forbes has partnered with Statista for eight consecutive years to perform research to determine the best staffing agencies across the United States. For this year’s list, Forbes and Statista created the ranking based on survey responses collected from more than 9,300 external recruiters, HR or hiring managers, and employees with recent experience working with a staffing agency. Last year’s survey results were also considered, at a lower score weight.
